At Organic Oasis, every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged with intention. We are honored to be part of your wellness journey and strive to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Express orders placed before our daily cutoff are prioritized for same-business-day processing. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Estimates

Standard shipping is estimated to arrive within 3–5 business days. Express shipping is estimated to arrive within 1–3 business days for orders eligible for same-business-day processing. Available shipping options, prices, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Organic Oasis is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, natural disasters, labor disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Organic Oasis is not responsible for customs processing delays or additional fees imposed by your country's customs authorities.

Natural Products & Temperature Sensitivity

Our products are crafted with natural ingredients that may soften, firm, or change in texture during transit due to seasonal temperatures.

These natural variations do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

If your product arrives softened, allow it to return to room temperature before opening or use.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Organic Oasis is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located.

If your shipment is lost or missing, customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier and filing any available claims directly with the carrier. We are happy to provide shipment information when needed to assist with the claims process.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Organic Oasis is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
