Welcome to Organic Oasis Spa. Our treatments are thoughtfully designed to offer a peaceful space for rest, restoration, and intentional skincare. To ensure the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you review the following policies prior to your appointment.

Arrival

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and completion of any required intake forms.

Guests arriving late may receive a shortened treatment to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. Full service fees will still apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price and may require prepayment for future bookings.

Health & Wellness

Your safety is our highest priority.

Please notify us before your appointment if you have:

• Pregnancy

• Allergies or sensitivities

• Skin infections or contagious conditions

• Recent facial procedures, chemical peels, or laser treatments

• Recent Botox or dermal fillers

• Open wounds or sunburn

• Active cold sores

• Medical conditions that may affect treatment

• Any medications that increase skin sensitivity, including Accutane or prescription retinoids

Organic Oasis Spa reserves the right to modify or decline treatment when necessary for your safety.

Minors

Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete any required consent forms.

Certain services may require a parent or guardian to remain present during treatment.

Mobile Devices

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the spa, we kindly ask that mobile phones be silenced upon arrival.

Phone conversations should be taken outside the treatment area whenever possible.

Children & Additional Guests

To ensure a quiet and restorative environment for all guests, only individuals receiving scheduled treatments should be present in treatment areas unless prior arrangements have been made.

Right to Refuse Service

Organic Oasis Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a treatment is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or if guest behavior is disruptive, threatening, or inconsistent with maintaining a peaceful environment for our staff and guests.

Personal Belongings

While we strive to provide a safe environment, Organic Oasis Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Gift Cards & Promotional Services

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Promotional offers, packages, and discounts may not be combined unless otherwise stated.

Every individual's skin is unique.

While our treatments are thoughtfully designed to support healthy, radiant skin, results will vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and consistency of home care. Organic Oasis Spa cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
