Directions for Use:
We recommend to begin applying it once daily. A small pea size amount to a thin area of your skin, such as your inner thighs, wrists, abdomen, behind the ears or neck. 
For menstruating women we recommend you use it for 21 days out of the month, avoiding usage during your menstrual cycle at first. However, as time goes on you may find it helpful during your cycle as some women do. Therefore we recommend listening to your body and seeing what works best for you. As our bodies and hormones are so individualistic and often changing, so we really encourage our customers to do what feels best- while starting off more slowly when introducing something new.
For perimenopause and menopause you may use it everyday, while also taking notice of how it reacts with your shifts and changes.
